I can confidently say Pokemaster won't ever be active on PokeBase again, but he will probably keep updating PokemonDB proper as he has done for over 15 years.
We do have ways to contact him, but he's very unresponsive and doesn't keep promises.

yeah. pm sees my emails but has never responded. I know he sees them because there's been a few emergencies on the site and he came online to deal with them after i notified him. i sent him another one saying "plz come back" a few days ago lol, lets see if he comes online
