Okay, so what about taking 20 from Speed and putting it in Sp. Defence? Then both defensive stats would be 130 and he can stil outspeed Mega Rayquaza.

The main purpose of Mega Milotic is that 60% chance to Burn with Scald, making her a defensive monster. She also gets a 20% chance to freeze with Ice Beam. He coverage movepool was expanded with Earth Power, Dark Pulse, Freeze Dry, Extrasensory and Sludge Wave, most of which take advantage of Serene Grace. On top of it all she has Recover, a reliable recovery move, letting her stay alive and kicking for a long, loooong time.
I have a picture of her on a piece of paper, I'll try and post it here when I've made a digital trace of it. Basically it's Milotic, but her scarves have gotten longer with black highlights, all of her blue scales are red and her tailfin has turned into a trident-esque shape, making her look more intimidating and justifying her movepool (Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Snarl, Sludge Wave, etc.)

Now this is power. It's completely different now. Basically a stronger AV Azumarill that has insane bulk and attack stat, with very middling speed and reduced special attack. Finally, it should use its arms now... gets elemental punches, Drain Punch, Superpower, Zen Headbutt... can't use crap because of 65 base attack. But Huge Power with 85 base attack? Oh yeah, that's what I call swegz :D

Gets a lot faster, now above Tyranitar, Heatran and a lot more. Its ability makes it very suitable to use Pain Split, as it has much less HP at revival. Its good bulk makes it for poor HP after ability triggered. Oh, and has OP special attack stat. YESH PLEASH

ReSnoreT should finally be viable. Ridiculous special attack stat makes even non-STAB moves pretty powerful. It has excellent bulk, rivaling the likes of Giratina and Cresselia but in OU. It's a tad slow though, but its special movepool is pretty good.
