Lando is better than Pokemon like Heatran and Kartana. If Lando were banned from OU, sure, those Pokémon would rise in usage. HOWEVER, it wouldn’t be as bad because Heatran and Kartana and Cellesteela aren’t as overpowered as Lando is. The metagame would be more balanced, in this way, lots of good Pokemon compete to be the best instead of one Pokémon being the clear best.

Ubers is not OUBL. Border line tiers don’t have respective formats. For example, there isn’t a format called RUBL. Ubers is its own format.

I personally think they should have nerfed dragons directly, possibly by lowering their stats or making steel strong against them. I think we already had too many types and didn't need any new ones. We already had electric for light-like attacks and flying for sound-like attacks.
