Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Electrium Z and uses its Z-Power, Thunderbolt turns into Gigavolt Havoc and has base power 175.
When Alolan Raichu is holding Aloraichium Z and uses its Z-Power, Thunderbolt turns into Stoked Sparksurfer and has base power 175.
When Pikachu in a cap is holding Pikashunium Z and uses its Z-Power, Thunderbolt turns into 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt and has base power 195.
