How to get Glaceon in B2/W2?

I know how to find Eevee in B2/W2, but don't know where to find the Icy rock to evolve it.

The Icy Rock is deep in Twist Mountain. Like in Black and White. You can get there fast through Clay Tunnel.

It is in twist mountain.It can be accessed only after you beat the main game.So,before the e4 it is impossible to evolve eevee into glaceon and leafeon.One quick way to reach the icy rock is to go via clay tunnel and at the end,u will be in twist mountain where you will be in the room where the icy rock is.
