What is rotoms best form?

well, tier-wise, it is Rotom-W. Only having one weakness, it meets the standards of an OU Pokemon pretty well.

As of stat wise, All forms Except the normal form have a Base Stat total of 520. Normal form has 440.

Opinion-wise, I like Rotom-W best :)
