What are all the trainers in the Pokemon games that EV Train their Pokemon??

Lets not forget that Pokemon was meant for little kids and not guys and girls like us that focus on big things like Evs and ivs. The trainers ingame are supposed to be easy and if you look up how to beat a Pokemon than you should be able to follow tips. If a trainer ev trains his blissey in defense and completely lacks special defense...little kid is gonna have a hard time understanding. So what I'm saying here is that ingame Pokemon trainers probably have perfect Evs .

As far as I know, the only one that does is...you.  So, you have 1 more advantage added to countless others.

I created a Yahoo answers account just for this question.

The only true case of EV trained Pokemon you will find are in the
battle frontier/tower/subway.** Every Pokemon you fight in these areas
is EV trained and has good move sets to go with it.

The person who answered this question is a hacker. I asked him.

EDIT: Just found out that they have a beneficial nature too, and that same guy who answered my question also told me that he thinks the EVs are:
252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Spe (For Physically stronger Pokemons)
252 HP, 252 SpA, 4 Spe (For Specially stronger Pokemons)
