Where is Sangi Ranch?

I have heard people talking aboult it, but when I look on Pokemon locations on the database, I cannot find it?

Sangi Ranch is a small farm to the north of Route 20. This farm has a
simple building but a large forest behind it where numerous Pokémon
dwell. You first travel through the forest of it to hunt for a
trainer's Herdier. During the day, you'll be able to see various
Mareep dotted around the farm

There you also battle your Rival .

thank you, one of the questions that said Sangi Ranch said, " there is pupitar all over sangi ranch", Is it possible to find out if its just japanese for somthing?
