the person with white 1 has kyurem and zekrom and they trade with themselves to get the DNA splicers and would it be possible to fuse
You can't do this. it's impossible... That's why Black and White kyurem can never be in the Pokemon white or black pokedex...
You can't trade it, as it is a Key Item.
