What Pokemon make good weather tanks/stallers?

I know Absol asked about sweepers, but what about the ones that are kinda slow, like Rain-Hydration-Vaporeon and Overcoat-Mandibuzz?? They're pretty good....

TormenTran set. Substitute and Torment help stall, Sand Damage stacks nicely with Residual damage (Magma Storm) or Burn (Lava Plume).

Trait: Storm Drain
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 SDef/ 4 Def
- Scald
- Recover
- Ice Beam/Earth Power
- Stockpile
Stockpile and Recover make Gastro a beast, Scald burning can shut down any physical counters.

Rain:

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 HP/ 248 Def/ 12 SDef
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip
In Rain, Ferrothorn's x4 Fire Weakness is softened. Leech Seed + Leftovers make great recovery/stalling tools and thunder wave can cripple sweepers on the switch-in.

Dragonite @ Leftovers (Physical)
Trait: Multiscale
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Spe/ 200 HP/ 56 Atk
- Dragon Claw/Outrage
- ExtremeSpeed
- Earthquake/Superpower
- Roost
physical tank. Leftovers and Roost abuse Multiscales damage reduction.

Dragonite @ Leftovers (Special)
Trait: Multiscale
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
EVs: 252 Spe/ 186 HP/ 72 SAtk
- Thunder
- Hurricane
- Surf
- Roost
No Dragon type STAB?! yes, since Thunder and STAB Hurricane both become 100 acc in Rain, and Surf gets a 50% BP boost bringing its BP to 143 which with an acc of 100 can put the hurt on stuff.

Sun:

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Force
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 HP/ 186 Def/ 72 Atk
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Fire Fang/Crunch
- Stone Edge/Stealth Rock
More of a Sand Counter, it makes an opponent switching weather work for you.

well, there are some weather abusers for stall teams I have found useful. Magic Guard Reuniclus can be used as well but I figured you can find that set easily.
