What happens if you trade a Pokemon with the same OT?

Example: I have 2 gym badges. My name is Wolf. I trade my level 20 Dewott for a level 100 Samurott successfully. The traders name also is Wolf. Would the level 100 Samurott obey me?

No. The trainer ID and pretty much everything else would have to match. The chances of that happening are none.
Just the name matching won't make a difference.

Actually, there is a very slim chance of two trainers ID numbers being the same, although it is basically impossible.

It doesn't matter if you have the same name in the 2 Pokemon games.So the lvl 100 Samurott won't obey you because you aren't it's original trainer in the game.

No it wouldn't. Just because it has the same OT doesn't mean it will obey you. Even if it was your old Pokemon it still wouldn't fully obey you.

Wrong. I was traded my old Tepig back and it was an Emboar, and it obeyed me fully. I only had four badges.

No. It isn't certain that you Pokemon will disobey you. After a trade a Pokemons Happiness is reset.
You were just lucky that the Emboar obeyed you.
