10 Evs for each. And you can use 10 vitamins per stat. So thats 10 x 10 = 100. So whenever you use the same type of vitamin 10 times, it raises the particular stat's evs by 100. And for each 4 evs you gain, a stat is raised. So in all, you will gain 25 stat points if you used 10 vitamins for the same stat. 4 x 25 = 100.
