Where can I find corsela in black-and-white 2?

i need only corsela en meloetta bevore I have finished my pokedex of unova .

( does someone know when there is an efent of meloetta I have genesect end keldeo already)

You don't need to have seen moleotta to complete the unova dex. Corsola took me a while too. You can find him by surfing over bubbling spots in humulai city.
