Is Regice a good Special Wall for OU Hail?

Question

It's really low tiered and I'm wondering if it's really good. I'm thinking about running:
Is it good as a Special Wall? And do you have any suggestions for the EV, Nature and moves?

Erm..
I would use Jellicent over Regice because of Jelly's supremacy to all.
Jellicent has great special defense and HP and a great typing as well. With access to Will-O-Wisp, he can pseudo-boost his own Defense to boot. Three immunities to Fighting, Normal, and Water, and resistances to Fire and Ice are no joke either. Don't underestimate this jellyfish.
Jellicent also works with Leftovers providing recovery from Hail Damage.

:O I have to agree here because it has some nice resistances that shine in the current meta.
But mainly I agree because Regice is not released yet right? Or is it? If it is this answer is all lies ;)
regice is already at around 400 Sdef without investment you need to invest in def. It takes any special hit, se or not.
