How do I go to marvouls bridge in white?

I beat all the gyms and still can't go to Marvoules Bridge. Please tell me what to do!

Did you beat the pokemon league?

You have to beat the Elite Four and Team Plasma first. Then, you gain access to Eastern Unova, including Marvelous Bridge.
