Metronome(item) boosts the power of moves used consecutively. Metronome(move) turns into a random move. If a Pokemon holding a Metronome uses Metronome twice, will the move be boosted if Metronome turned into two different moves? Does it boost Metronome, or does it go by the move it turned into?

Example:
Smeargle(holding Metronome) used Metronome!
(It turned into Seed Bomb, and hit the foe)
Smeargle(Still holding Metronome) used Metronome!
(It turned into Sludge Bomb)

Would it be boosted?
Or would the boost only happen if Metronome turned into Seed Bomb again?

According to Smogon:

>If a Pokemon uses a move that selects another move (for instance, Sleep Talk), Metronome's bonus will increase when that move selects an attack, and do nothing (neither boost nor reset the counter) when that move fails to select an attacking move.

It seems that Metronome in conjunction with Metronome will boost any attack that fires off when chosen by Metronome.
