Umbreon and Haunter's moves?

Both of them can't evolve more(for me) so which one should I use. Umbreon I can use some tms for her but I don't think I need tms for Haunter. So what Tms should I use for Umbreon and should I include Umbreon?

Haunter. It has such a versatile movepool and can really give you boss results with its beast coverage. 'Nuff said :D
