What do I do with the disk you find in P2 Lab?

The Dubious Disc will cause Porygon2 to evolve into PorygonZ when traded holding the item. That's its sole purpose.

Porygon evolves into Porygon2 when traded holding an upgrade and then into PorygonZ when traded holding a dubious disk. Both of its evolutions are awesome
