Did Pokemon Chronicles get cancelled?

Question

I know it hasn't been on since the old Toonami days, but did get cancelled, just end, or was meant to be a short series? How many episodes were there in total?

This has been my favorite series because it was pretty much a "Where Are They Now?" show. Does anyone here like that show?

Yes, Pokémon Chronicles has been canceled. They ran out of material from the Japanese side of things so they were unable to continue with it.

Pokemon Chronicles was meant to be a spin-off series, or in other words a short story. In Japanese, the Pokemon Chronicle's name literally translates into 'Pokemon Side Stories'.

It was really meant to be a short story. There were only 22 episodes.
