What is Aggron in? X or Y, and what Route?

My mate needs Aggron? Can you help?

Aron and Lairon are both used to evolve into Aggron and are both X exclusives.

You can apparently find Aron in Horde Encounters in Terminus Cave.

You can apparently find Lairon by walking around in Terminus Cave or by walking around in Route 18.
