Where can I find a Thunderstone in Red?

Question

For my Nuzlocke, I'd love to be able to evolve my Eevee into Jolteon and get rid of my team's huge Electric weakness. Note that this is for the original Red version.

You can buy one at the Celadon Department Store, for the bargain price of P2,100! As well as a few other evolution stones for the same price.

YAY! *realizes I was just at Celedon Department Store and got a Leaf Stone there* I feel so stupid. Now I have to bike all the way back there.
