No. Honey cannot be brought in Pokémon X and Y but it can be obtained in certain locations throughout the game, these include:

Route 4, Route 4, Route 4, Route 5, Route 12, Route 18 and the Pokemon Village.

Note: You will need to use the Dowsing Machine to find the majority of these items.

For additional help on each location click on this link and it will bring the locations up of each item and then click on the location and it will tell you at the bottom of the page where exactly it is.

Thank you so much this is exactly what I was looking for thanks.
There's also a 5% chance to find it on Combee.
Oh OK thanks where are the com bee located
No problem, Glad I could help. You know Honey in Gen 6 can no longer be used on tree's and can only be used in the tall grass. Because of this it has the same effect as Sweet Scent, so it might be easier to catch a Pokémon that learns Sweet Scent as there isn't many Honey items in this game unfortunately. Also just to clarify why I put Route 4 three time is because they are three Honey items available there. Anyway thanks for the vote up :)
No worries your answer was incredible.
Combee is located at Route 4 :)
OK thanks
No problem, also they are more common to find in the yellow flowers than the red flowers.
OK then thanks
