what is the difference between contrary and topsy-turvy?

Topsy-Turvy: Reverses stat changes on target. For example, if the move is used on a Pokemon that used Swords Dance, the attack stat now has -2 boosts.

Contrary: Reverses stat changes on self. For example, if Leer is used on your Malamar, it actually gains +1 defense boosts.
