I know the normal level that status moves raise your stats by is 1 and 'sharply' is 2 levels, so how much is drastically?

When a Pokémon Move has the description that it "drastically" raises one of your Stats. It raises it by three stages.

An Example: Tail Glow

Tail Glow increases the user's Special Attack by three stages from Generation 5 onwards.

Tail Glow's Pokédex entry is:

The user stares at flashing lights to focus its mind, drastically raising its Sp. Atk stat.

Hope I helped :)

Yep that's the other one.:D
And "Pelliper's defense fell severely!" would be the opposite of "Pelliper's defense rose drastically!"?
Nope, because there is no move that lowers a stat by 3 stages.

+3 I think, sorry if I'm wrong.
Two moves raise stats drastically. Ones cotton guard and there's another one.
