Where do the five Kalos children 'live'?

I know that Calem/Serena lives next door to the player, but I was wondering about, for example, where you can find NPCs saying 'My brother Trevor went on an adventure recently!' Does anybody know where to find people who say things about the other Kalos children?

As you said Calem/ Serena lives next door to player in Pokémon X and Y.

Trevor lives with his older sister in Lumious City, near Jaune Plaza in Pokémon X and Y.

Shauna and Tierno are both from Vaniville Town in Pokémon X and Y.

Well by the last sentence I don't know what you mean but after the game I know where everyone is.
Calem/Serena: Kiloude City ( you can battle him or her there. )
Trevor: Geosenge Town ( Trevor will ask you if you've seen a certain Pokemon. )
Tierno: Coumarine City ( He'll ask you if you have a Pokemon with a certain move in your party. If so he'll give you a heart scale. )
After the game Shauna practically lives on your front lawn.
