Hmm I think:

image
Carracosta @ White Herb
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
- Shell Smash
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Aqua Jet

image
Swanna @ Damp Rock/ Life Orb
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Rest
- Rain Dance
- Hurricane
- Surf

image
Swellow @ Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
- Protect/ U-Turn
- Quick Attack
- Facade
- Brave Bird

I'm suggesting Pokemon that I'm confident will be NU in Gen VI, in addition to being resistant to a few things Exeggutor is weak to. However, most of them are pretty frail, with the exception of Carracosta, so I wouldn't use them to switch into any threats.

![Exeggutor][1]

Weaknesses:
1/2x WAT, ELE, GRA, FIG, GRO, PSY
2x FIR, ICE, POI, FLY, GHO, DAR
4x BUG

ROC type moves are super effective against FIR, ICE, FLY and BUG type Pokemon.

The most common type combinations with BUG type Pokemon are FLY [14], POI [12], STE [7] and GRA [6]. This suggests a Pokemon of the ROC and FIR type moves shut down potential threats quickly. Also, a Pokemon of this type would be 4x weak to WAT and so is covered by Exeggutor because of it's GRA type. A Pokemon with a high attack stat would be better in a double battle as a special wall, like blissey, could stall your team.

These are some Pokemon that I suggest you use:

![Carracosta][2]

Carracosta@White Herb (cancels a stat reduction - single use)
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 ATK, 252 SPE, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly (+SPE, -SP.ATK)
Characteristic: Alert to sounds (+SPE, 31 IVs)
Moveset:

  1. Shell Smash - Increases attack, special attack and speed by 2 times but - defence and special defence don't drop because of the white herb - you can carry out this move without risk of a OHK because of Carracosta's ability Study.

  2. Waterfall - Powerful and accurate STAB water move.

  3. Rockslide/Stone Edge - Powerful STAB rock type move that hits two opponents, has a chance to flinch and covers Exeggutor's weakness/more powerful STAB rock type move that covers Exeggutor's weakness.

  4. Earthquake/Bulldoze - Powerful ground attack that hits all opponents, is resisted by Exeggutor and covers Carracosta's weakness to ELE and Exeggutor's weaknesses of FIR and POI/ground type move that lowers opponents speed to compensate for Carracosta's [32] and Exeggutor's [55] low speed stats.

![Rampardos][3]

Rampardos@Assault Vest (increase SP.DEF by 50% - the user can only use attacking moves)
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 ATK, 252 HP, 4 DEF
Nature: Brave (+ATK, -SPE)
Characteristic: Likes to thrash about (+ATK, 31 IVs)
Moveset:

  1. Rock Slide/Head Smash - Powerful STAB rock type move that hits two opponents, has a chance to flinch and covers Exeggutor's weakness/extremely powerful STAB rock type move that can easily OHK most BUG type Pokemon.

  2. Crunch -Powerful and varied attacking move that covers Exeggutor's weakness to GHO attacks.

  3. Hammer Arm - Powerful attacking move that covers Rampardos's weakness to STE and Exeggutor's weaknesses to ICE and DAR - decrease in speed doesn't matter as Rampardos is already really slow [58]

  4. Fire Punch - An accurate move that covers Rampardos's weaknesses to GRA and STE moves as well as Exeggutor's weaknesses to ICE and BUG moves.

![Archeops][4]

Archeops@Rock Gem (increases the power of a ROC type)
Ability: Defeatist
EVs: 252 ATK, 252 SPE, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly (+SPE, -SP.ATK)
Characteristic: Alert to sounds (+SPE, 31 IVs)
Moveset:

  1. Rock Slide/Head Smash - Powerful STAB rock type move that hits two opponents, has a chance to flinch and covers Exeggutor's weaknesses as well as Archeops's weakness to ICE/extremely powerful STAB rock type move that can easily OHK most BUG type Pokemon.

  2. Earthquake - Powerful ground attack that hits all opponents, is resisted by Exeggutor and covers Archeops weaknesses of ELE and STE and Exeggutor's weaknesses of FIR and POI.

  3. Acrobatics - Powerful STAB flying attack when the rock gem is used that covers Exeggutor's weakness to BUG.

  4. U-turn - Powerful and varied bug move that allows Archeops to avoid an attack that could take it's HP below half thus devistating it's attack, it also covers Exeggutor's weakness to DAR.

I suggest that if you want to use Rampardos that you give Exeggutor the move Trick Room as both their speeds are bad (don't use this with Carracosta as Shell Smash increases it's speed as well as it's attack stats).

All these Pokemon are quite frail but can easily get off a sweep and so will likely be targeted; this allow you to protect Exeggutor from it's biggest threats and draw attention away from it in order to set-up [**Substitute** and **Leech Seed**].

![Wailord][5]

Weaknesses:
1/2x FIR, WAT, ICE, STE
2x ELE, GRA

A choice specs Wailord's biggest threat would be a Water Spout attack when it's Hp and SP.ATK stats have been maximized:

EVs: 252 SP.ATK, 252 HP, 4 SP.DEF
Nature: Quiet (+SP.ATK, -SPE)
Characteristic: Mischievous (+SP.ATK, 31 IVs)

and seeming as Water Spout is more powerful the more HP Wailord has, I suggest a healer be it's partner in a double battle.

![Chansey][6]

Chansey@Eviolite (increases the defence and special defence of a Pokemon by 50% if it can still evolve)
Ability: Healer [There is a 30% chance that allies status problems will be healed at the end of the turn]
EVs: 252 SP.DEF, 252 DEF, 4 HP
Nature: Bold (+DEF, -ATK)
Characteristic: Capable of taking hits (+DEF, 31 IVs)
Moveset:

  1. Toxic - It causes opponents to be damaged in a turn spent healing Wailord.

  2. Heal Pulse - Allows Chansey to restore 50% of Wailord's HP.

  3. Soft Boiled - Restores 50% of Chansey HP so it can keep on healing Wailord.

  4. Seismic Toss/Protect/(Heal Bell/Aromatheraphy) - Allow Chansey to cause some damage/protect Chansey from deadly phsical attacks/heal Wailord's status problem.

![Cradily][7]

Cradily@Leftovers (heal the user at the end of every turn by 1/16th of their max HP)
Ability: Storm Drain [Cradily restores health when hit by a water type attack]
EVs: 252 HP, 128 SP.ATK, 128 SP.DEF
Nature: Calm (+SP.DEF, -ATK)
Characteristic: Somewhat vain (+SP.DEF, 31 IVs)
Moveset:

  1. Earth Power - Powerful ground type move that covers Wailord's weakness to ELE.

  2. Sludge Bomb - Powerful poison type move that covers Wailord's weakness to GRA.

  3. Stockpile - Boosts Cradily's Defence and Special Defence to allow it to stay alive and so support Wailord for longer.

  4. Leech Seed - Restores Cradily's HP by 1/16th to allow it to stay alive and so support Wailord for longer.

Giving Wailord Surf means that it doesn't need to be on full health to do considerable damage so doesn't need to be healed but instead can damage all opponents and heal Cradily: a Pokemon that covers it's weakness's with unlikely offensive moves that opponents will probably not foresee.

![Camerupt][8]

Camerupt@Weakness Policy (Increases Camerupt's attack and Special attack by 100% when hit by a supereffective move)
Ability: Solid Rock (Decreases the power of moves Camerupt is weak to 75% power - this keeps Camerupt alive so the Weakness Policy can take affect)
EVs: 128 ATK, 128 Sp.ATK, 252 SP.DEF
Nature: Brave (+ATK, -SPE)
Characteristic: Somewhat vain (+SP.DEF, 31 IVs)
Moveset:

  1. Earthquake - A powerful STAB ground move that strikes all opponents and covers Wailord's weakness to ELE.

  2. Rock Slide - A powerful and varied attack that hits two opponents with a chance to flinch.

  3. Heat Wave - A powerful STAB move that hits two opponents and covers Wailord's weakness to GRA.

  4. Stockpile - Boosts Camerupt's Defence and Special Defence to allow it to stay alive and so support Wailord for longer.
