If my attack is at x2 will me first from opponent hit me at 300 % base power? Is me first calculated from base stat or does it count stat boosts as well
If the foe has not made the first move, Me First copies any damage-dealing move that the target is about to use and increases the power by 50%. It will fail if the foe uses a non-damaging move. Source.
It actually just increases the Base Power. For example, it makes a move with 90 BP turn into a move with 135 BP. Or a move with 250 BP into a move with 375 BP.
