Where can I get the soul dew in x and y?

where can I get a soul dew for latios in x and y. my latios has max EVs and IVs with a sweeper spA moveset.if you know the answer and do not post it gengar will haunt your dreams for eternaty

Unfortunately the Soul Dew is not available in Pokémon X and Y.

The most likely reason why the Soul Dew is not included in Pokémon X and Y is proabaly because Latias and Latios have received a Mega Evolution in Generation VI (not officially released).

Source: I tried to find it myself but to no prevail, also Bulbapedia and Serebii mention nothing.
