My Pokemon are running and not sleeping?

On Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of darkness
I evolved my chimchar to inferape and my skitty to delcatty now when ever scar(inferape) says let's go to bed it says the next morning and then they are running in there bed instead of sleeping is this suspoesd to happen

Yes. Fully evolved Pokemon don't have sleeping sprites like the partner and starter Pokemon do, so they appear to be running. If every Pokemon had sleeping sprites, then there would be so much data taken up in the game it wouldn't run as well.
