Specifically, where can I find the Aerial Ace TM in Black 2?

First Beat Skyla. Then go to house next to the Cargo Port and talk to the boy. He and his sister will ramble about their "treasure". Go to the edge of the runway, just before the veggie patch. Then keep going left. As in our left. The item should be at the corner of the runway.

• Beat Gym Leader Skyla

First, you have to beat Skyla the 6th Gym Leader, then you have to go into the house. (there is only one house in the city)

Talk to the people in the house and they will tell you that their 'treasure' is at the end of the runway. Their treasure is the TM Aerial Ace. Go to the bottom of the runway and at the left side you will find it.
