Can I use a downloaded ver of pokewalker on pkm hg ds ver?

I got Pokemon heart gold from a friend but my friend had no pokewalker! I really need a pokewalker somehow. But it cant be a way that involves a credit card. So if someone knows a way like a download on a phone or 3ds or any way exept for a way that involves a credit card please help me.

Unfortunately, you need the Poke' Walker to use it for your Nintendo DS. As of now, I don't believe their is any app that can be substituted for the actual thing. You could order one online or go to your nearest GameStop and ask if they have one for sale. Hope this helped!
