ORAS Mirage Island North of Fallarbor Town?

Question

So, I have been checking out a few Mirage Islands, and so I found the one above Fallarbor Town, and there is an TM on it, but, I need an Acro Bike and a Mach Bike to get to it. How can I have an Acroo Bike and a Mach Bike at the same time, or is it impossible to get the TM?

You need to advertise the bikes to:
Mach
A Hex Maniac in the desert of route 111
Acro
A Bird Keeper in the acro bike area of route 119 need surf and waterfall
Either
A Triathlete in the Battle Resort
Once spoken to them return to Rydel and he will give you the other bike
