Is there any way to get a keldeo even now on black white ?

keldeo can only be got by an event or by trade but no one plays black and white now and the global trade is unusable so is there any other way to get a keldeo on black and white?

please help.

There are two possible ways I could think of.

1. Instead of globally trading with someone, try to get one of your friends who has keldeo to trade it over to you. This can be done regardless of the wifi shutdown.
2. If you buy the action replay for DS, you can receive it by code.
