If I mess-up with sketch using smeargle?

I heard the only moves smeargle can learn are moves taught by scetch. Now I am terrified that I'll mess up using sketch, and I've seen smeargles with more than one move. Can smaergle learn scetch more than once?

Yes, it can either LV up, or go to the Move Tutor to relearn it again. But it is nothing to worry about. Hope this helps...

Yes , infact smeargle learns sketch almost 10 times by levelling up so no worries !!
