Because it says the orbs are to be held be Giratina, Dialga, and Palkia, does this mean that if another pokemon held one of the orbs that there would be no effect?
Yes, it will have no effect if it is held by a Pokemon other than Giratina, Palkia, and Dialga. Hope this helps...
