Where can I find the moves Embargo and Substitude in pokemon Black?

I found all of the TMs except those two.
I used I guide but it was useless, so please if you know how and where tell me

Embargo is in Dragon Spiral Tower and Substitute is found in Twist Mountain and can only be found in winter.
