Net damage output-victini vs kyurem black?

Guys I really wanna know how much damage a POKEMON can dish out depending on the base offensive stats and base power of the move.like an outrage from kyurem black VS. a V-create from victini assuming both are max attack adamant (252 EVs).like v create has 180 base power but victini's base attack STAT is 100 while kyurem has base 170 attack STAT and outrage has 120.So now considering NEUTRAL DAMAGE from these moves against an opposing Pokemon,and no crits or no held items on both sides nothing.Just the raw power of these Pokemon should be considered.I just wanna know which of the two is more powerful as I was thinking which one should be choice banded to dish out crazy damage.please help!

Well, in order to do this, we need a test subject to use their moves on. For this situation, I have chosen Gliscor because it takes neutral damage from fire and dragon type attacks. Lets look at all three of their stats:

Victini:
Attack: 328 max.
Kyurem-Black:
Attack: 482 max.
Gliscor:
HP: 354 max.
Defense: 383 max.

So now if we plug in these numbers into Showdown's damage calculator...

• 252+ Atk Victini V-create vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Gliscor: 166-196 (46.8 - 55.3%) -- 71.1% chance to 2HKO
• 252+ Atk Teravolt Kyurem-B Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Gliscor: 162-192 (45.7 - 54.2%) -- 50% chance to 2HKO

Victini is the close winner due to V-create's higher base power.

All of this was calculated with max IVs, EVs, and a beneficial nature whenever possible.
