I cannot find kangaskhan in Pokemon moon, I don't know what I'm doing wrong

I caught mine as an SOS ally for a Cubone. First call for help failed, second one brought a Kangaskhan. Outside of being an SOS ally, it has a 1% encounter rate, if I'm not mistaken. Just like Pichu on Melemele.

Just keep trying, you'll get one eventually!
