Does birthday-hat Pikachu evolve into birthday-hat Raichu?

In Pokémon GO you can catch a special Pikachu with a birthday hat (cough fanservice cough). If you evolve it, does the Raichu also have a birthday hat?

My brother caught a Santa-Hat Pikachu last Christmas. It evolved into a Santa-Hat Raichu. I don't know if it's the same with this though.

Yes, they do, just like with the santa hat ones.
