I want the region's bug type Pokemon but idk where the west encounters start showing up.
The "west encounters" refer to Pokémon that can be found in the grass patches closest to Iki Town.
If you're looking for a Grubbin, they have about a 10% chance of showing up there.

zoom in on the habitat section of your pokedex and you can see the exact grass spots. it take a while though.
