What happens when you use a Thunder Stone on a Pikachu in Ultra Space?

Question

To evolve Pikachu into Alolan Raichu, you have to use a Thunder Stone on it in Alola, and if you want a regular Raichu you use a Thunder Stone on it anywhere else.
So considering Ultra Space isn't technically in Alola, it should evolve into regular Raichu right?
