Do you need all legendaries/mythicals to get the shiny charm in X and Y?

Question

I am 3 Pokémon away from completing the Pokédex in Y, and they are either legendary or mythical. Do I need to get them as well to get the shiny charm?

You need all legendaries to get the Shiny Charm, but you do NOT need all mythicals.
