Will Conversion effect Adaptability?

For example, I use conversion and I convert to the Ice type (because I have Ice Beam) - will Adaptability boost it?

Yes, it will affect it because for the battle he will be the ice type. However when the battle ends conversation's effect finishes.

However conversation has 1/4 chance of making you the type you want. (That if you have 4 different type moves).

and if I have Psychic/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Conversion it have 3/4 chance of changing to a different type!
