Where do I find TM78 Acrobatics in Sword?

I’m under the impression that it’s supposed to be Ballonlea. I’ve been there and still can’t find it. Help. Would be appreciated.

Remember that Artist down the side of the building, all the way to the left from the Pokemon Center? If you talk to him, he says something about needing fiery inspiration. Talk to him again wearing the Tracksuit Jacket (Fire), and he will give you the Acrobatics TM.

The Tracksuit Jacket in question can be purchased in Hammerlocke.
