i have a potygon-z with adaptability.when it had zap cannon(120 base power),i used it,and my apponents hp for example if it was 200 zap cannon make it to 130.
after that i used try attack(80 base power)and it made my apponent fainted without a critical hit!
zap cannon wasn't super effective on my apponent!
does adaptability rais normal move about 40 and up?
