What is the easiest way to get research points in PLA?

I'll keep this short: I need to get to four stars and am nowhere near. I have unlocked up until the Cobalt Coastlands. Can I get information?

Just check research tasks and do them. There isn’t much else to do. You should focus on Pokémon you have caught, especially common ones.

While you need to do each task to maximize your stars the best way is to just chuck balls at any Pokemon until the catch task is full. Then do defeating after wards with Pokemon that have a move task like "Use Flamethrower" to a bidoof that has something like "Defeated this many time"

Eventually you will have to evolve etc to get to the max stars
