I want egg power sandwiches and I’d rather just buy the recipes

Disclaimer I haven’t done the sandwich thing yet so this may be a stupid question

After completing each gym badge, the sandwich shops have an NPC that will give you new recipes. He will also give you new recipes if you have Herba Mystica in your inventory. Furthermore, your mother gives you 2 sandwich recipes after completing the game.

Additionally, there is a guy at Casseroya lake with some recipes.

Finally, you can make custom sandwiches without needing to find any recipe.

Since you want to find eggs, using Sweet ingredients will produce Egg Power in different tiers. Here is a useful resource for those ingredients.

Here is a list of all sandwich locations and effects. I recommend the Great Peanut butter sandwich, as it is easy to get the ingredients and simple to make in the mini game.
