I'm considering building a PP stalling squad that can essentially take out any Pokémon, even those they are weak to. They'll be able to win straightforwardly most of the time, but can pop in with Spite and take advantage of Pressure in a bad matchup to simply eliminate threatening moves.
Max Raids in Sw/Sh and Tera Raids in SV are both immune to PP considerations on their moves. Spite will always fail, and even if they run into the normal or PP Max limit for how many times they're supposed to be able to use a move, they can still keep on using it anyway. You won't be able to drive them to Struggle.
