Can Ultra-Necrozma learn any other moves besides Moongeist Beam and Sunsteel Strike?

I saw in the Teambuilder that the only legal move that U-Necrozma learns is Moongeist and Sunsteel. If this is true, then why is it in Gen 9 NatDex Ubers? It can easily be countered by other, faster Ghost types like Calyrex-S and Flutter Mane, or basically any Dark type in the tier.

Necrozma needs to be in Dawn Wings or Dusk Mane in the teambuilder, with Ultranecrozium Z.

Your using the wrong Pokémon. After testing the validity of my only Ultra-Necrozma team, it turns out:

> Your team was rejected for the following reasons:
- Necrozma-Ultra must start the battle as Necrozma-Dusk-Mane or Necrozma-Dawn-Wings holding Ultranecrozium Z. Please specify which Necrozma it should start as.

So what this means to use Ultra-Necrozma, you have to have either Necrozma-Dusk-Mane or Necrozma-Dawn-Wings holding the Ultranecrozium Z. After using Ultra-Burst in battle, the Pokémon will transform to Ultra-Necrozma(Tested). That means Ultra-Necrozma can learn all the moves Necrozma-Dusk-Mane or Necrozma-Dawn-Wings can learn. You know, the hilarious thing about testing this is I came up in a battle against a person with just a Greninja and Darkrai. In my rush to make the set, I had coincidently put Brick Break and Dragon Dance on it(Evil laughter).
