catching beldum in sapphire

I need help. is there a way to catch beldum or his evoloutions in pokemon sapphire? As in my name i am a huge metagross fan. help please!

In sapphire, you get beldum as a gift in mosdeep city after beating Steven. It'll be on a table in his house.

I had already beat steven but i didn't know that there was beldum so i go to the gym and today i know it so i go to steven house again and there wa none on the table. you have a solution ??
